Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is as follows:

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after returned items are inspected and approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Warranty

Trailer Tote products come with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, abuse, or improper installation

• Damage caused by overloading or unsafe use

• Modifications or alterations

• Damage caused by weather, accidents, or road conditions

We are not responsible for damage to your trailer or hauled items.

Proper Use & Safety Disclaimer

Trailer Tote products must be used responsibly. By purchasing, you agree that:

• You will not overload the product beyond recommended limits

• You will securely fasten the bag and trailer load

• You will follow all local hauling and road safety laws

• You understand that hauling unsecured or improperly loaded materials can be dangerous

We are not liable for injuries, damages, fines, or losses associated with improper use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• TrailerTote.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product

• We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted website service, accuracy of content, or availability of products
